of the Western culinary techniques, our menus provide a flawless harmony. We
are experts in stir-frying, deep-frying, baking, stewing, and steaming. All dishes
are exquisitely made with extra attention, resulting in a refreshing presentation
and tender & crispy textures.
Your dish is meticulously prepared by our executive chef, from ingredient
selection to cooking process and recipes. We create each dish with the authentic
Cantonese flavor. A variety of star dishes are available such as Beijing Duck
Baked in Chinese Tea Leaves, Fish Maw Soup with Bamboo Pulp and Shitake
Mushroom, One-eyed Fish Soup Special Recipe, and many more.
Decoration of the restaurant interior is the Modern Chinese Style, with the
golden-blue/dark blue color theme. The area is spacious with a high ceiling. It is
also equipped with tables for 4 guests and Chinese style dining tables, round in
shape and commodious, for 8-10 guests. The decoration is mainly done with
wooden furniture, adorned with Chinese paintings, letters, and philosophical
poetry. Glass sidewalls allow you to indulge in the refreshing, mesmerizing, and
relaxing scenery of the botanical garden, pool, and waterfall. The restaurant
accommodates 50 - 60 guests. Reservation for a private event is also available.
